Class 4

Class 4 caters for seven pupils, with varying abilities, aged between 6 and 8 years old. Miss Heidi Jeffers is the class teacher and Mrs. Jacqueline Carson and Miss Roisin Creany are the classroom assistants.

The classroom is modern, spacious and very well resourced. It is structured to enable pupils who have autistic spectrum disorder to organise themselves and their work within a classroom environment.

Pupils in class 4 enjoy Mathematics and Numeracy and Language and Literacy activities tailored to the individual needs of each child. The topic this term is ‘School's Cool'.   

Within Ceara school Class 4 make good use of the soft play room, the sensory room, the outdoor play areas, the Library, and the PE Hall.
