class 13

Class 13 consists of 9 pupils (4 girls and 5 boys) aged 14 to 16 years and is staffed by a teacher and 2 classroom assistants.

Pupils enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum with

activities and subjects based primarily within KS3

and KS4 of the NI Curriculum.

Increasing emphasis is placed on the development of 

personal, social, independence and life skills,

Using computers within the classroom and the school computer suite is always a popular way to learn, but with a real enthusiasm for sports and practical activities, the pupils list PE, cookery, art and gardening as their favourite subjects.    

This year Class 13 will be learning about the world of work as they set up and develop their own mini-company.
