Our Comenius project 2011-2013 is 'Knowing Me, Knowing You'

The project is based on pupils' learning about their own national celebrations, artists, musicians and sculptures, and by developing a knowledge of their own rich cultural heritage, they will be able to share outcomes with their European partners through this joint Comenius theme.

 Pupils will produce joint products of a newsletter, logo and recipe book as well as exchanging work based on festivals, celebrations, artists, musicians, sculptures, painters, and designers from their culture. Staff, including senior management, teachers and teaching assistants, will visit the participating schools during the project to share good practice.

To date we have had one mobility to Don Bosco School, Lippstadt in Germany. Here we exchanged information on 'Our Home', 'Our School', 'Our Town' and 'Our country'.

Our second mobility is to Fyrisskolen Ottelinskolan, Uppsala in Sweden. Here we will exhange a 'Sketch book' of pupils work on local artists.
