Gillian and Leah are the office staff at Ceara School. 

Gillian has been working in the office for twelve years and Leah joined us two years ago.

The Children just love to come to the office with the roll book for a wee visit and there is always something nice to be given out ie stickers, pencils etc.

The office is open every morning from 8.30am and we work until 4pm.

Please feel free to call us at any time if you have a query and we will aim to help you as best we can.  If we cannot assist you we will do our best to put you in the right direction.

In the office we look after the school’s administration. We have all children’s details on our data base, that is why it is so important for parents to keep us updated with changes of telephone numbers, addresses etc.. We take all incoming calls and we are the first port of call for parents and visitors to our school.

We are fully responsible for all monies that come into school, keeping the books balanced and ensuring that all dinner money is correct and in on time.  If your child pays for dinner it is most helpful to have the full week’s money in on a Monday morning clearly marked with the child’s name on it. “It makes our job so much easier.”
